The Brief: To redesign and help position The Boulevard as a desirable, stylish place to shop for the style conscious residents of Northern Ireland.
We helped to carry out a comprehensive change of direction for this Northern Irish shopping centre. As we changed the shopping focus to a full Outlet destination we completed a full rebrand across all collateral to include leasing materials and way finding and a creative marketing campaign that successfully repositioned this shopping destination as the place to go for the young and fashionable.
Under the strategic umbrella of ‘Big City style for less’ we created a successful campaign that saw year on year increases in both footfall and average spend.
